Being a Dungeon Master (or Game Master) means that you are in charge of not only running the game and telling the story (or stories, depending on how many groups you’re running!), but you’re also responsible for setting the stage, building the immersion, providing whatever resources you need to do those things.  That gets expensive, especially if you are like me – and you enjoy crafting and creating a truly immersive experience for your players.
